Deepthaa Kumar is the Head of Programs at FSR Global, where she leads the organization’s programmatic work on energy transitions in the Global South, including serving as part of the Knowledge Partner team for the India Energy Stack (IES) — a Ministry of Power initiative to build a unified digital public infrastructure for India’s power sector. With a Master’s in Renewable Energy from the University of Freiburg and early career experience at Fraunhofer ISE and Selco Foundation, Deepthaa brings deep expertise in sustainable energy, digital innovation, and last-mile service delivery. Prior to FSR Global, she spent over nine years at Haqdarshak, where she joined as the third employee and rose to President, scaling a 500-member team that connected millions of underserved citizens to government welfare schemes.
