ROLE SUMMARY
This role supports programme delivery through strong execution of events, workshops, and stakeholder convenings, alongside core coordination and administrative support. It ensures high-quality planning and logistics for FSR Global’s training programmes, policy dialogues, and project meetings. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event and Workshop Delivery 

  • Plan and execute high-level events, workshops, seminars, and stakeholder meetings end-to-end. 
  • Develop run-sheets, checklists, budgets, and trackers; ensure milestones are met. 
  • Manage invitations, agendas, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Lead on-site coordination including branding, room flow, and technical readiness. 

Logistics and Coordination 

  • Manage venues, AV, catering, travel, and accommodation for speakers and guests. 
  • Coordinate vendors and suppliers for timely, cost-effective delivery. 
  • Support internal travel coordination and meeting logistics for programme teams. 
  • Maintain documentation, expense tracking, and settlement records for events. 

Administrative Support 

  • Maintain organised documentation for programme convenings and routine operational workflows. 
  • Support recruitment coordination, documentation, and onboarding support when required. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Event Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Master’s degree in the above fields is an advantage. 

Experience and Skills 

  • 1–3 years of experience in event management, operations, or administration. 
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-stakeholder workshops. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong vendor management and budget discipline; high attention to detail. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication for professional correspondence. 
  • Exposure to office operations is an advantage.
