  • Develop and apply analytical frameworks across power systems, market design, regulation, and digital infrastructure topics.

  • Draft and review outputs including policy briefs, reports, presentations, and technical notes.

Stakeholder Engagement and Translation

  • Present findings to regulators, utilities, policymakers, and industry stakeholders in clear, credible language.

  • Support facilitation of structured dialogues and working groups, including agendas, briefing notes, and synthesis.

  • Contribute to training and capability building through curriculum support, case development, and session delivery.

Team and Institutional Contribution

  • Contribute to research planning, workstream prioritisation, and internal standards for evidence and attribution.

  • Support proposal development with technical narratives, input coordination, and deliverable design.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in energy, engineering, economics, public policy, data/technology policy, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in research, consulting, policy, or applied analytics; energy sector exposure strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver publishable-quality writing and executive-grade synthesis.

  • Strong ability to operate across technical and policy domains and translate complexity for decision-makers.

  • Strong quantitative capability, including the ability to structure and execute modelling and data analysis to support policy, market, and system-level insights.

ROLE-SPECIFIC APPLICATION MATERIALS

  • Two writing samples that demonstrate analytical rigor and clear translation for decision-makers.

  • A collaborative, high-trust team environment with access to a global network of senior energy experts.
