ROLE SUMMARY 

The Senior Full Stack Engineer builds user-facing and API-driven products end-to-end with strong engineering fundamentals. You will ship features that stakeholders actually use—clean UX, robust backend logic, reliable integrations—and operate as a generalist who can flex across the stack while taking leadership on components and quality. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Stack Delivery 

• Build and maintain web applications, dashboards, portals, and developer-facing tooling. 

• Implement backend services and APIs that power workflows, integrations, and data access. 

• Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, release, and monitoring. 

Product Thinking & UX Quality 

• Translate user needs into practical product experiences; iterate quickly with tight feedback loops. 

• Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance for real-world environments and constrained users. 

Engineering Rigor 

• Write well-structured, testable code; participate in design reviews and code reviews. 

• Instrument features with logs/metrics/tracing; debug production issues and propose fixes. 

• Maintain strong security hygiene: authentication/authorization patterns, safe data handling, secure dependencies. 

Leadership as a Senior IC 

• Lead small projects or components; mentor junior engineers; improve team practices and documentation. 

• Proactively surface risks, propose solutions, and drive clarity in ambiguous areas. 

 QUALIFICATIONS 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. 

Experience and Skills 

• 5–8 years building full-stack applications used in production. 

• Strong frontend skills (modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks) and backend skills (API development, databases). 

• Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD, and observability basics. 

• Comfort working across unfamiliar areas as a generalist; strong collaboration and ownership mindset. 

• Familiarity and hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, coding copilots, automated testing/analysis assistants) to improve engineering productivity, quality, and documentation. 

• Nice to have: experience working on ML/AI or Big Data applications (e.g., data pipelines, analytics platforms, model deployment/serving). 

• Bonus: experience in data-heavy applications (dashboards, workflows, audit trails), developer portals, or platform integrations.
