BIOGRAPHY

Saman is Manager – Communications at FSR Global handling content strategy and execution.

As a multi-disciplinary communications practitioner, she is focused on capturing impact, telling stories through emerging formats and new initiatives, strategic dissemination and brand building in the non-profit space. Her areas of interest include climate change, just transition, contemporary communication mechanisms, responsible tech, systems thinking and futures for the
Global South.

She has worked with Indian think tanks like the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) across events and media verticals; international specialty coffee players like Qima Coffee in the UK, West Asia, LATAM and APAC regions; and participatory storytelling initiatives like Momentum Shifts that champion narratives for climate change.

Her co-conception, Portrait of a Silver Lining, a first of its kind performance poetry video covering the intersections of youth, climate and arts, was showcased at Stockholm+50 in June 2022.

Saman has a Bachelor’s in Applied Physics from Amity University, Noida, and is a trained science and ESL educator. She also studied tech policy at the Takshashila Institution and is currently one of the ~20 cohort members at 2026 edition of One Future
Fellowship.

Outside of work, Saman avidly reads and acquires books, practices crafts, watches F1 and upskills.
