Vishakha Chaudhary is an energy sector professional with over six years of experience in policy advocacy, project management, and technical program execution across India’s power and energy ecosystem. She has recently joined FSR Global as Programs Manager, bringing extensive experience in regulatory coordination and multi-stakeholder engagement. She has worked closely with the Ministry of Power, MeitY, and industry stakeholders on smart metering policy and related sectoral initiatives, while leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale international forums such as Metering India and the World Utility Summit. Her experience includes managing national-level training programs, driving digital platform initiatives, fostering industry partnerships across multiple projects, and monitoring large-scale skill development initiatives impacting over 12,000 candidates. She holds an M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Industrial Automation) and has published research in the field of smart meter data acquisition.
