BIOGRAPHY

Meheli Roy Choudhury is an energy policy-related research associate at FSR Global, India, with an active interest in the area of electric vehicle policy and smart grids.   

She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance (Gold medalist) from Xavier’s Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Her master’s degree dissertation titled “Impact of Policy Instruments on EV Adoption: In the context of Delhi Electric Vehicle Policy” examined various predictors of EV adoption in India. Additionally, she holds another master’s degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.  

Prior to working at FSR Global, she worked as a research intern at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), India, where she designed the Electric Vehicle Policy Readiness index. Before that, she interned at Development Alternatives Group (DA) and Child Rights and You (CRY).
