ROLE SUMMARY

The Partnership Associate supports the development, management, and delivery of FSR Global’s strategic partnerships. This role is operational, detail-driven, and stakeholder-facing, enabling strong execution across proposals, partner communications, meeting coordination, documentation, and performance tracking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Support and Coordination

  • Support prospect research and outreach; maintain and update the partnership database/CRM.
  • Support proposal development through research, drafting, and compilation of internal inputs.
  • Coordinate logistics for partner meetings, site visits, and project kick-offs.
  • Support active partnership management by tracking deliverables, timelines, and communications.

Research, Documentation, and Knowledge Capture

  • Conduct desktop research on sector trends and prospective partner institutions.
  • Prepare briefing notes, progress updates, and partner-facing materials.
  • Maintain organised systems for agreements, MoUs, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Support knowledge capture and development of case studies and success stories.

        QUALIFICATIONS

        Education

        • Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, public policy, international relations, communications, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
        • Master’s degree is an advantage.

        Experience and Skills

        • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, programme management, research, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
        • Strong writing, organisation, and research synthesis skills; comfort engaging diverse stakeholders.
        • Familiarity with energy, climate, infrastructure, or policy ecosystems is an advantage.
