The training is designed for representatives from national and state regulatory/energy authorities, professionals from energy utilities and technology companies, and for academics and researchers. The training is open for those looking to develop a career in energy policy and regulation

No specific academic background is required although a knowledge of engineering or economics is recommended. A basic knowledge or experience in energy regulation or policy making is expected from the participants. The training will be conducted in English
